The text is causing a little confusion for me on what effect choosing a specialization outside your main career has. It states on page 93, "Purchasing a specialization is basically the character buying the ability to purchase talents within that specialization. In addition each specialization has career skills. This skills now count as career skills for the character..."

Does this mean you get the base skills that the career would give you and the bonus skills for the specialization or does it mean that you just get the specialization skills?

As stated in other threads, you get the skills listed in the specialization as career skills. You don't gain the base careers skills as career skills when buying a new specialization.
