I'm looking through my questing/healing deck and trying to figure out what to include or leave out. I use Elrond, Lore Aragorn and Spirit Glorfindel. I have the core set (obviously), khazad-dûm, dwarrowdelf and most of the APs in the shadows of mirkwood cycle. Are there any nice Lore or Spirit cards in HoN and the following cycle, and are there any useful cards that don't look too flashy and I might have missed? For instance, cards like Radagast's Cunning or Secret Paths don't seem like much but can prove to be really useful.
Edited by Olorin93What are some must-have cards for Lore/Spirit?
lore really depends on the deck you are running. i think lore has the best cards in the game
one of the best cards in longbear map maker. his ability allows unlimited willpower increase with lore resoures. this is unlike protector of lorien that got errated and limited.
for attacking mirkwood runner is great, probably the best choice for lore in the early packs.
the main thing that happens in the current cycle with lore is traps. these are varied and very useful. there are also ways to recycle these

Maybe nothing really game changing for Lore/Spirit, but there are definitely some nice cards.
For card drawing effects, Mithrandir's Advice (The Steward's Fear) is a great card if you have at least 2 Lore heroes. I am a big fan of Expert Treasure Hunter (On the Doorstep), but it kind of demands Imladris Stargazer.
Silvan Refugee (Druadan Forest) is a nice questing ally.
For defense, Blood of Numenor (Heirs of Numenor) would make Aragorn a nice backup defender, or fit well onto any hero with Steward of Gondor if you splash in some Leadership.
And I enjoy playing A Watchful Peace (Heirs of Numenor) a lot too. It's an indirect scry effect while also helping to abate the flow of enemies in quests where you can get overwhelmed.

oh i dont know- the lore/spirit power cards need to be built around i shall give it that, but i think a lot of the best cards in the game are from these spheres, such as light of valinor, asfaloth (obviously far better on 1 hero) UC, galadrims greetings, elronds counsel, henemarth (in solo)
I meant there are no game-changing lore/spirit cards to be had in HoN and the APs he's asking about
Ranger Spikes is a game changer in my opinion.
Rohan allies make for amazing power questing.
