I know that this card cannot block chars abilities like Catelyn (LoW).

But then I developed the following question:

Does the Iron Throne works only on abilities that trigger with a "response" ?

For example: you can block Cersei's Attendant (core). But can you also block Robb's (core) ability as well?

My question would be: what is, in this situation, considered "triggered ability"?
