I made opening crawls for Shadows of a Black Sun and Rendezvous on Ord Mantell, if you would like, I can email them to you.
Here is one I just made for Crates of Krayts
I haven't made any for the premade adventures, but I did make one for a mini-adventure I wrote (that is actually turning more into a full adventure, at this point...but anyway). It was for our group and, if I'm honest, not very well written.
If need be, I can swap the text and rerender the whole thing in about 5 minutes.

You could always just plug the text into this: http://starwars.com/play/online-activities/crawl-creator/index.html

Yes except I don't think you can then download it when it's finished so that's an issue.

That and the music fades out too soon. But, then again, it IS free to use.

This was a nice intro, but it seemed to be a bit rough after the text scrawl and then seemed to have random images from a game (SW:TOR?). Might have been better to have a Title for the adventure leading the crawl, followed by the text and then the ship arriving at Tattooine and then cut it off there.
I've actually paid 5 euro's for an app that allows me to do star wars reels on my IPAD... I mean its totally worth it, being able to start every session with the star wars reel, recapping everything + star wars music running. Its just an awesome way to start the next session!

Can I get the name of this App? Something like that would be pretty useful, as my usual gaming spot doesn't have WiFi access for security reasons...

True, which is why I turn off the sound to it and use one of the various opening themes from the movies. ![]()

Could just use a screen capture program like Fraps, Bandicam, Overwolf, etc etc

...and not to be nit-picky... but the text is centered also. The crawl is always right-aligned with a rather jagged left side (meaning not justified).

Not sure what intros you watched, but it isn't right-aligned or centered, but justified.
Star Wars
Empire Strikes Back
Kallabecca is right on that.
If you really want to be technical, just having the type set as justified won't do it. You really need to track the type out for the line as well. Otherwise, you end up with huge gaps between the words (acne is the actual term, or rivers if it's a consistent space that runs through multiple lines).
