Still nothin, ordered Aug 16th. Wish MM would ship out orders in order. I guess I understand for my order, like 40 ships in 5 orders.
Wait? Did you order 40 ships?

Well, only 16 for me. Others for other people, prize support, etc.

Well even 16 is more than double what I was planning. Prize support? Do you have a store?
No, I run a league/tournaments
16 for me, 20 ish for other people what bought with me and a few for prizes
And now I have recievd my first shipping note from MM ^^
I orderd this the 9th september!
Edit: Wrong! Hmm it`s my order from 10th September that has been shipped.
The one from 9th is still:
Processing Multiple PreordersBut i saw that I included an A-wing to that so thats most likley the issue on that one. ![]()
Last time I order from MM

That sounds like fun. We need to set up a league down here.
Thanks, have fun. ![]()
I must admit an enormous amount of frustration reading this thread. I ordered mid-July, and seeing people who ordered weeks after I did have already received their orders and mine is still "processing multiple preorders" has dramatically reduced my zen.
It was a major mistake to process and ship in non-chronological order. Even if the delay only turns out to be a couple days, they have certainly upset precisely those customers who have been most willing to give them money. There really is no excuse for people to be receiving their orders before customers who ordered as much as a month or more before they did have even had their orders shipped.
I ordered 22 July.

One thing that is missing from many people's explanations is their shipping method.
Perhaps everyone that 'ordered later, shipped sooner' picked a priority/faster shipping method (which presumably comes with as much urgency as the method). Not to mention other orders that may have come in with a 'priority' shipping. There's probably a method to the madness that is just not understood but is logical given the situation.
(or it is a massive boondoggle and someone at MM has messed up trying to keep track of various pre-order/order mixes - my 6/21 order still is the same status since the day I ordered - I was told that everything would ship without problem when the preorders came in)
If this is a case of people who paid for priority getting their orders first, then I would be more than satisfied with that explanation. It would help though if that explanation were forthcoming from MM. As it is, the appearance of impropriety is killer.

From a business (and accounting) perspective you make an excellent point. I'm a CPA and here is how my twisted mind sees things:
I preordered on May 22nd. I've floated MM the working capital to actually purchase the inventory. Those who preordered 2 - 3 weeks ago and received their product this week had their product paid for with capital fronted by me. What MM received from those recent preorders was free cash flow. What MM received from me is unearned revenue, the cash of which paid for someone else's order.
The last I checked, FIFO (first in, first out) is good business for inventory management, but bad business for order fulfillment.
Just an interesting observation.
Oh... this also lends itself to socio-political commentary as well. You slackers who preordered just a week or so ago and received your product are getting handouts paid for by me. MM Is perpetuating a welfare state of mind. ![]()
There could be any number of metrics used to prioritize pre-orders. Since this isn't set up as "release date delivery" (like Amazon has for some media) I think a reasonable expectation is that your order ships before or on the "expectation date" that FFG posts for a product (since FFG doesn't really do hard street dates). That is September 13th. Everything else is a bonus.

Disagree. If I ordered and paid before you, then my order should be filled before yours is. Sure you may get yours faster in the end because you paid for 2 day delivery and I did not, but my order should absolutely be filled before anyone who ordered after me.
I just got done chatting with someone from MM customer service who was quite helpful. The guy said they did not get everything they expected in their first shipment and that they should have another shipment coming in tomorrow (not sure what time).
I had an earlier order that is still processing yet the one I placed yesterday is ready to go (both for preorders). The earlier one had the shuttle, HWK, and b-wings. The newer one had only a b-wing and two tie bombers. Given that the HWK is listed as out of stock on their site at the moment, I would guess that is the culprit holding up some orders.
Eh, I ordered in July and it's just still "Processing Multiple Preorders" for me. Maybe I'm grumpy because the support guy there gave me incorrect information on shipping so I don't get the blasted free shipping for buying over $100 of stuff, but ****, I'm irked now.
Edited by PenguinBonaparteI just used the MM online chat, and the sales rep was not nearly as helpful. All she said was that my order has not been filled, and that "they are working diligently" on all orders. She didn't give any indication when my order would be completed.
I placed my order on 8/21: 1 Tie Advanced, 2 B-Wings, 2 Tie Bombers.
Not as early as some of you guys, but based on this thread, people who placed orders last week already got their shipping confirmation.
Ordered mine August 29th. Received confirmation this morning.

I believe that I have stated how the process works already, but I will do so again.
We order from multiple suppliers. We have confirmed numbers from multiple suppliers. We pre-sold a lot of Wave 3 X-Wing. We did not oversell a single ship, even with getting heavy allocations on the HWK and less than we ordered on others.
Not all of our suppliers stock has reached us yet, so in fact we are waiting for more product (the numbers that have been shipped are confirmed and en route, so it is coming).
Some will likely show up today and the remainder tomorrow (barring any issues - but we have confirmed that our orders are on trucks).
The warehouse manager takes the preorders and separates out pure wave 3 preorders (goes to a few people who literally stand next to cases of ships and pull the orders in chronological order). Orders with non-preorder items and/or items that have non-Wave 3 preorders go to another group of employees who then work through them chronologically as well (this does take longer as they have to pull the items from all over the warehouse).
So if your order has not shipped as of yet, please realize that it is due to deliveries that have yet to be received and instead of holding the whole process, those orders are set aside until the stock arrives (and again it is coming - the supplier release date was this week so it is not over due yet).
I am sorry if any of you feel slighted because somebody else has reported that they have received notification already, but the orders are being worked on and in chronological order.
If it makes any difference, I as am employee am still waiting on my preorder (placed on 6-7-13) for 2 HWK's (reason why I don't have my order yet), 2 Lambda's, 3 B-Wing's, and 3 TIE Bombers. I am in the same boat in that regard and my solace is that I know that they are coming (I speak to the suppliers) and I was able to stand in FFG's line at GenCon and purchase one of each of Wave 3 (couldn't wait!).
Haven't received shipping confirmation on my pre-orders. (1 Lambda, 4 B-wings, 3 Bombers - HWK was already sold out.)
Status still shows "Processing Multiple Preorders."
Not sweating it because the day that my biggest concern is not getting my toys fast enough is the day that I have finally won at life.
