After a card comes out of the shadows who has the first opportunity to trigger a response?

If I look at page 25 of the faq, it seems that the player to the left of the person who bring the card out of shadows has the first opportunity.

But then if you look at the flowchart and you can see that bringing a card out of the shadows is considered a framework action, so the first response should be of the first player.

What is the correct fashion "to handle" out of the shadows responses?

The text you quote from Page 25 is the correct way to handle it. Yes, it's confusing because Shadows is shown as a Framework Event within an FAW; however, whenever the text of a rule contradicts the flowchart... go with the text. The flowchart is merely a guide - the textual content of the FAQ clarifies and provides detail where the flowchart cannot does not.

Who gets the first opportunity to play a

response?

If the response is to a player action, the player

to the left of the person who initiated the

action has the first opportunity to respond.

Response opportunity then passes clockwise

around the table. Note that responses to

bringing a card out of Shadows are handled in

this fashion, with the player to the left of the

person who brought a card out of Shadows

having the first response opportunity.

The shadows rules are specifically written to override the normal framework action timing chart. Therefore, go with the Shadow rules written out text.
