I preordered The Battle of Hoth Force Pack from Miniature Market in April, but it still has not shipped. Anyone get theirs through Miniature Market and actually have it arrive or ship yet?

I have ordered from MM multiple times now. Sometimes their preorders fall through the cracks especially if you also ordered other products that are already in stock. That exact example happened to a friend of mine. He just called up and they corrected the issue by overnighting his order free of charge. Just call the number on their website.

I know they have had it: I was passing through St Louis two weeks ago and picked it up in store. They are super customer oriented, so calling them will get it to you pronto ...

i'm not sure why you posted on here rather than just calling them. i use MM and coolstuff for all my purchases and usually never have any problems but when i do, i call them on the phone and find out whats wrong.

For those who have this same issue: They apparently only got their Battle of Hoth Force Packs TODAY, and are now filling orders.

On the other hand, I was just informed that my Wave 3 X-wing minis have shipped from Miniature Market, and Beyond the Rim arrived earlier this week from them.

For those who have this same issue: They apparently only got their Battle of Hoth Force Packs TODAY, and are now filling orders.

I got my pack from MM weeks ago. it was delivered on the Monday after the pack came out.

One wonders then whether this is a restock or both their email and phone customer service people blowing smoke. I got an identical response to the one I got by phone a bit later today via email.

I have to wait *patiently* until MM gets Escape from Hoth in stock before it ships along with Battle of Hoth and the Wave 3 X-Wing ships. Plus, I also ordered Netrunner: Opening Moves which is being released after Escape from Hoth, even though it was available at GenCon alongside Battle of Hoth. I figured it would be available before Escape from Hoth, but it's looking like maybe not until the end of the month.

Oh well. At least I'll have it all by end of the month. I still love ordering from MM, because their prices are great and it only takes two days for the shipment to get to here in central IL.

And . . . still no shipment of my Battle of Hoth Force Pack. What the hell? Generally, MM has been great, but this is really starting to get ridiculous.

I've heard there are delays with Wave 3 of X-Wing as well.

And so the end result of this saga: I called back yesterday, and the guy confirmed that they did get them much earlier and that whomever said they had "just got them" when I contacted them the first time was wrong (or lying...). The item STILL had not gone out, and he couldn't figure out why, so he finally got it shipped out, saying it'd go out yesterday. The shipment notice email came today. Asinine experience overall.

Is this at least an unusual circumstance or have you had negative experiences with them before?

I had a nightmare of an experience with www.fairplaygames.com earlier this year. I had to get my bank involved to get my funds back. They stopped responding to me, even though I was polite through the entire complaint process. Needless to say, they no longer have my business.

...then I found Miniature Market, and all was well.

Oh, they are usually great and quite timely. That's why I took it for granted at first that surely this wasn't a total bonehead mistake, as they seem pretty efficient. Turns out . . . it was a bonehead mistake. But at least the only one I've encountered with them.

So my pre-order finally shipped today, even though everything in my order has been in stock since last Thursday!

I called them up today to find out what had happened. They said that they recently replaced some people and that the last of my pre-order items came in alongside the latest Magic: The Gathering release. They've been working around the clock (including the whole weekend) to get everything shipped, but it has been a lot of extra work these past few days.

They were gracious enough to throw a little something my way as an apology. I'm a reasonable person, so I thanked them for their candor and for their efforts and accepted their small token of apology. No harm done.

I haven't had any issues with them. I got my Escape from Hoth in the mail in a 400 count box nonetheless. They have my business

Are people still having a hard time getting this in stock? My lgs had zero problems...
