Ok lets say I have 4 espo trooper cards on the table and I'm attacking. And lets say the enemy cannot defend. Can I then do 4 separate engagements with each espo trooper card in order to get the unopposed win for each attacking turn? I know we can attack more than once on multiple objectives as long as we have the resources.
Espo Trooper bombardment.
You don't need resources to attack as it doesn't cost you anything to attack.
The maximum number of engagements per turn you could do is 3 as that is how many objectives your opponent will have out at any one time and you can only engage each once per turn.
The cost of a unit has absolutely nothing to do with how it behaves in an engagement.
You seem to be digging for something specific, since you've asked the same question 3 times. What about the previous answers you've received is unsatisfying or confusing?
Now, in the off chance they have A Journey to Dagobah in play, and you destroy it, as long as they have triggered the interrupt to put a new objective into play immediately, you could still engage that one, and have 4 engagements in one turn.
The cost of a unit has absolutely nothing to do with how it behaves in an engagement.
My blockade runners will be very happy to hear that you think that.
Heh.
Touche.
