I was just wondering if anyone had heard of or seen the 8 dot Ryu. I'm figuring he is going to be a promo of some sort and I know random unreleased promos sometimes show up in packs and what not. Here's to hoping.

I don't know about random promos appearing in packs, 'cause that would be better than a god pack in essence.

but I've not heard anything of the new Ryu and hopefully won't be one for a longer while since the poor bloke needs a break. kidding! plus I don't know where to go to follow the promos either coming in or out of style/releases.

he will probably come out as a promo during the period when no sf packs are realeased.
