I just got a copy of the Innsmouth Horror Expansion today and have a quick question.
On page 8 of the rule book it says that the Deep Ones Rising track is advanced each time a gate is prevented from opening, such as by an eldar sign token. Does this only apply to 'sealed' Innsmouth locations? Or is it a global rule that includes all Arkham locations and other expansion maps?
If the latter is correct it sounds like you would need someone permanently camped out in Innsmouth after sealing a few gates.
