Unrelated to this question - but on the Karak Hirn topic - with Karak Hirn Mine does "control a non-dwarf card sacridice this card." mean you have to remove it if you play neutral tactics or developments?

Per the FAQ no. You only have to sacrifice such cards when you control a non-matching face up unit or support.
