I actually just ordered the Wave 3 Rebel and Imperial ones myself last week. Very excited to get those - hoping they come in before my ships do next Wednesday, but not holding my breath. Since they'll effectively replace my Wave 2 trays I may have to turn around and sell those or something. I'm planning to move all of my ships into the Wave 3 trays, upgrade from a 2 to a 4 tray bag, and have one each of the 'templates, cards, and tokens' trays set up for Rebel and Imperials. Should be a nice setup.
I'm not really a fan of the tray for templates, cards, tokens, etc. I found that it's difficult to get everything in. Not impossible, just difficult, and it makes it harder to find things quickly.
I bought something just like this for my Star Trek: Attack Wing, however, and ended up buying a second for X-Wing:

It's a fishing tackle bag that comes with four Plano 3700 plastic tackle boxes. These boxes are so spacious and it makes organization so simple. I use one box for templates, tokens, and all the other components, and then I'm using one for Federation, another for Romulan, and the last for Klingon. There's so much room in it's that I can even double up factions if necessary, but for the price it's great because I won't need to buy anything else for years.
For X-Wing, I'm still using my BF for the first three waves, but I've got a lot of storage for future waves and I have all my templates, tokens, cards, asteroids, etc. in one easy to see at a glance box.
