Has anyone in their travels come across an over-arching Org Chart for the Imperial Military? I mean like showing the Army, Navy... Stormtrooper Corps... Imperial Intelligence and their subgroups... etc.

I remember seeing the divisions of battlegroups in the old WEGs stuff (like how battalions are broken up and etc), but I am wanting a larger overview. It is possible I just missed it, or do not remember it.

Need it for an NPC I am working out. Thanks chums.

EDIT: Oh and if it's in the WEGs stuff, you can just say what book and page. I have access to several of them possible.

I've got the WEG Imperial Sourcebook second edition. Are pages 15, 17, 25, 89-91, 96-98, 100, 106-107, 112-113 what you're looking for?

You can also take a look at the respective Wookieepedia articles, even if they mainly draw from that sourcebook, i.e. the Imperial Intelligence layout is pretty much described in both its article and on page 25 of the Imperial Sourcebook Second Edition (as Ineti mentioned) with the exception of the Inquisitorius, whose formal position in the hierarchy isn't too clear (in practice, essentially parallel to the Ubiqtorate in also reporting directly to the Emperor and Vader).

...and the Inquisitorius is what I am looking for LOL.

EDIT: Yeah actually it is still missing a few other things I wanted. The military is not broken down like ComPNOr is... it seems they jump straight into units. I am talking about how the Stormtrooper Corps work into the overall thing VS the normal military... stuff like that.

It seems that the Dark Empire Sourcebook may have more detailed information on the Inquisitorius... as the New Republic understood them, anyway. Otherwise we have very few if any looks at the "structure" of the Inquisitorius, only the rank hierarchy, which in ascending order includes Apprentice Inquisitor, Inquisitor, Chief Inquisitor, High Inquisitor and Grand Inquisitor. If you treat Star Wars Galaxies as canon, then Chief Inquisitor comes from that, while Ja'ce Yiaso would be the Grand Inquisitor during the events of EotE/AoR. (High Inquisitors include both Jerec and Tremayne, while Valin Draco from WotC's Dawn of Defiance campaign was a regular Inquisitor.)

As for the Stormtrooper Corps, they're posited as a separate force from the Imperial Army during the Galactic Civil War, with both a semi-political role (the whole "showing of the colors" with them essentially being the "face" of the Empire) and a military role as (nominally) elite infantry both on planets and on starships... and unofficially as a "political loyalty" force on starships, similarly to COMPNOR and the ISB.
