To be seriously wondrous; Which is better?!

I played a small tourney last night and face too many Olcadans Mentoring for me to count and they were tossing my foundations around like a jail cell salad and I demanded a change in my Raph deck to either avoid or move around abilities like Olcadans then it occured to me that Makai High Noble and Blinding would be the answer, but I don't know which one is better.

Well Blinding Rage is re-useable, but doesn't stop the problem and becomes less and less effective each time it's used.

Makai High Noble can only be used once but will take the problem with it. It also has a high block compared to Blinding Rage's mid, both +1 though.

Blinding Rage is more easily commitable, since it's got static text, while although you do get some effect after committing MHN, it's considerably lessened, also it's an R ability and so can be negated.

Blinding Rage is more passive protection to Olcadan's and other destruction effects, while MHN is a more active one-shot counter move.

They are both 1/6 though, so y'know, run both.

Also there's already been a pretty long thread about this not too long ago.

well I own two of each... but I do have room to take out Infected or Dark Messiah so I'll choose one of them... or maybe both since I took out Natural Leader for Lord of the Makai. I'm thinking taking out Infected and/or Dark Messiah for both

If you (for some reason) cannot run both Blinding Rage and Makai High Noble, then it's tough to figure out which one is better.

Blinding Rage is better for big decks. They can tutor out stuff quicker if an Olcadan's is used. Plus, you can commit Blinding Rage for costs or checks and it still works. Makai High Noble doesn't do that. Blinding Rage only lasts a couple turns tho, because a smart opponent will start using Olcadan's on Blinding Rage and just keep getting rid of them until all of them are ditched, THEN they can work on the foundations that hurt them. With Makai High Noble, you force them to waste a Chester's or an Inhuman Perception. Makai High Noble also boasts a high block, and Feline Spike is sooooo rampant right now.

It really is a toss up in my opinion, but if I had to grade them, I'd say...

Blinding Rage 53%
Makai High Noble 47%

That seems pretty accurate.

If you have to pick one, and franktly I dont think you should have to make that descision, then its gonna depend on your deck. If you can tolerate your opponent having momentum or can deal with that, then makai is probably better cause it can activley stop other cards and the high block tends to be better.

I still dont understand why you need to pick between the 2. I have never been in a situation where I couldnt squeeze more 1/6 foundations into my deck.

IF u have read my post on this issue already, you will know that i would choose makia high noble. But someone replied my post saying it depends on your deck, if your playing a controling deck you should be using makai high noble and if your playing a aggro deck then blinding rage is better or else both. Makai High noble has a 1 high block just greaaattttt.
