I vote for Elrond!!

Never played Sam, he looks promising though! However he really made it incredibly (!) far for a hero that hasn't even been released! This Championship has really been a great community event and I honestly think it deserves battle proven finalists!

I am currently abroad and couldn't get internet until 30 min ago! I was pretty shocked to see that I am to late to vote for quarter finals and even worse to realize that my votes would have actually decided the quarter finals for Legolas and Elrond!!! Please vote for Super-Elrond or I will never be able to forgive me for being late! ;-)

... Legolas is a machine of killing orcs and also to progress on the quest.

- Legolas can be played alone, Sam needs hobbit deck to be good.

I thought last rounds picks were difficult. I just went for the sexy pics, the underdogs, the not-so-overpowered heroes. Now what do I do? I agree with a lot of people that, while Sam is an awesome card, he isn't really battle-tested, at least not by me. So I cannot vote for him to win this tournament. My vote is for Legolas. I know that he is not the BEST hero, because just about every hero is more or less useful in certain situations. If this championship were more objective, they simply would have analyzed usage stats, but that is no fun. Glorfindel and Elrond have earned their right to be in the finals by being some of the most used heroes in the game (though Legolas is no slouched in that category; and Sam hasn't had the time to build up that reputation). They didn't make it, though, which is my fault in part, so I must choose the current contender that has the most proven reputation.

Sam. Don't know about the rest of you but when a card is spoiled my friend prints a copy out and playtests it starting the same day. I've been playing with Theoden, Sam, and the other hobbits for months now. Even before the rest of the hobbit cards came out with the official release of Blackriders Sam has proven to be a true beast.

Nothing against the prince of mirkwood. Congrats on the underdogs making it to this point.
