oh man, they use UPS for ground shipping? I'm gonna pay through the roof for it to come to Canada then. I should cancel it all.

edit - it does say 'United States Postal Service - First-Class Package International Service' on my order page though.....

To the 2 who posted above this, When did you order? And did you get free shipping or did you pay for it (Emrico i know you paid for shipping with the 1 ship)? Just curious on how the priority of preorder works

I can attest that our warehouse staff is working on getting all of the X-Wing preorders out.

The notices should be coming, they are working on them.

If you have non-Wave 3 items then those orders take a smidge longer to pull and pack than orders with just Wave 3 (though all orders are being worked on as I type this). If you are still concerned or if you have questions - please contact [email protected] for specifics regarding your orders.

You've waited this long, what's another couple of days? I pre-ordered from MM too, but I also bought a Tie Advanced with the order so I don't even get my TA until the whole thing ships.

And to Mu0N, the free shipping on orders over $100 is UPS ground. Other services are available if you paid for shipping. UPS ground takes forever (about a week to get to me in Arizona). I've also ordered from MM using USPS shipping and it was way faster then UPS Ground, a couple of days. But i had to pay for it of course. Fast or Free, those are the options unfortunately it seems

IIRC, I couldn't take UPS shipping from Canada. And it's a good thing, because UPS tacks on astronomical fees you wouldn't believe to cross customs. Order something worth 5 bucks? $40-50 flat free, which you can get back if you fill a form and go the the customs office at the border, but what a huge hassle.

I bought 1 Tie Bomber and 1 B-Wing from American Hobby Supply through Amazon and they shipped my package and will receive them next week. I also preordered, 2 Tie Bombers, 2 Hwk-290 and 1 Lambda shuttle on ebay from a store called Discount Games store and they have not got in there shipment yet. Hopefully it comes soon so they can start shipping this week.

I was told by LGS my wave 3 order can be picked up tomorrow.

Anyone here order from coolstuffinc, and if so, received a confirmation?

They have been great, so hoping they are running a covert op and sending the product out without shipping notices....

My pre order from Miniatures Market arrived today! Less than 24 hours after i got my shipping notice.
I got the free shipping, so it shipped UPS ground, so i guess the time it takes just depends on where you live. ( shipped from St. Louis to Chicago pretty overnight.)

( also, first post to the boards after stalking the forum from the shadows for a few months, looking forward to being an active participant from now on!)

FLGS should have theirs early this afternoon. Now to resist calling every 15 min after they open to find out if UPS stopped by.

Pre-ordered from CSI on September 4th. My shipment was mailed yesterday and will be here today. So all of you with late pre-orders....fret not! (If you ordered from CSI that is)

Of the two major local gaming stores in town, one has already stocked their shelves with wave 3. The other will put theirs out tomorrow. Just in time for the weekend!

Just picked up my Wave 3 stuff today. Got 3 B-wings, 3 Tie Bombers, 3 Hwks, and 1 Lambda. Plan to get another lamba later! Tomorow night i get to play test them. Cant wait.

My FLGS got everything in except X-Wings, seems odd...

Then (oh no don't say it). I read the Lambda mission scenario and it has three disabled ships on the board. Now I'm wondering if I should have a total of three HWK-290 for that mission (unarmed and without pilots of course) just for looks?????

I got some great Paper Craft freighters for the mission in the Core rule book.

Just when I thought I was out... they pull me back in.

I picked up my preorder on Tuesday and they are all awesome. I have noticed that most of the bigger online retaliers are already out of the HWK-290. I picked up three on a whim and glad I did it. Its a pretty cool ship. I have been going thru all the old posts about wave 3 and I dodnt see anyone mention the HWK-290 as a candidate. Interesting.
