First timer Noise deck

By Pentregarth, in Android: Netrunner Deck Building

So, I've begun experimenting with deck ideas in my head to come up with viable setups. One result of that is a Noise deck - probably a fairly basic one.

Identity: Anarchs: Noise

Cards: 47 / 45
Influence: 15 / 15

Event (8)
3x Dirty Laundry
2x Stimhack
3x Surge

Hardware (8)
3x Cyberfeeder
2x Grimoire
3x Plascrete Carapace

Program (26)
3x Corroder
3x Datasucker
2x Djinn
3x Femme Fatale ●●●
3x Imp
3x Medium
3x Mimic
3x Parasite
3x Yog.0

Resource (5)
2x Ice Carver
3x Personal Workshop ●●●●●●●●●●●●

The idea is to put a lot of pressure on R&D with medium, trashing accessed stuff with Imps. Anything the combination of datasuckers, parasites and ICE carver can't deal with I've got Femme for, and personal workshop is in there for all the nasty tricks that are possible with it in a Noise deck.

Off the top of my head, the biggest problem I see with the deck is cred generation (which is why I included the cyberfeeders), any ideas on how to fix that (or any other glaring weaknesses you see)?

I'm not a pro player by any stretch of the imagination, but I suggest losing one of each anarch breaker and swapping in Crypsis or Darwin. This will trim your deck nicely to 45, making it more likely you'll get the right cards with less dead draws, and if you're missing a breaker you can use Djinn to get you AI, as whichever you take is also a virus. Otherwise see how it tests for you.

I'm also no pro player (an' I have a pretty vivid imagination) but the one thing that I took away from my first fun night of flatlining while going broke was the going broke part. My next deck will be built with economy in mind FIRST. Then I can work out how I want to set my rig, then the cutesy tricksy stuff that I have the most fun playing. My own plan is to master the fundamentals first and in this game I really do think that's the economy. Now I just have to decide what economy cards I want to use. I was using both Daily casts and Armitage Code Busting with some Kati Jones as well and I think Armitage was the most effective. Sadly I only saw Kati once in three games but I saw a lot of Daily Casts and it's drawback was that it can only help me once per turn even though it doesn't cost any clicks. Does that really matter if I'm clicking for credits anyway? Also my Anarch deck (I main Shaper) also uses Personal Workshop but I only run two since when I ran three I saw LOTS of doubles. Maybe test using only 2 and see if that would give you a slot?
