I have some question about timing with myrcella and The Inn of kneeling man

1. I kneel Myrcella for exchanging titles, (I exchange it with someone) the I can trigger response from The Inn from the kneeling man ? and after using it I can exchange it back for some other title.

2. If I want to exchange title The master of coin, this should be done before marshalling phase?

as from FAQ, there is no player action before counting income, and onle the player who is marshaling can do actions.

If you want to exchange and gain the gold from Master Coin, you must do this before you count income. If you happen to be first player, you should make this exchange during the Draw phase because counting income happens for the first player before any Player Actions. If you are not first player, do the exchange before it's your turn to count income during another players Marshaling turn during a Player Action.

1. Yes, if you manage to stand Myrcella, you can use her ability again in the same round. Inn of the Kneeling Man is one way to stand her.

2. Based on two things in your question, let's make sure you're getting the timing of the Marshaling phase down. First, each player counts income separately when they become the active player. (So the statement that "there is no player action window before counting income" is only true for the First Player.) That means that each player counts income at a different time during the Marshaling phase. It's an important distinction in case earlier players do something that could change a later player's income count (like discarding an opponent's gold location or making it Summer). Also, during a player action window in the Marshaling phase, all players may take actions. The only thing the active player can do that the other players cannot is spend gold on characters, locations, and attachments. Other than that, all players may trigger "Marshaling," "Any Phase," and "Response" effects.

So, as Bomb says, the First Player would want to use Myrcella to take Master of Coin before the Marshaling phase begins because they will count gold before having the chance to take the title in the Marshaling phase. Any player other than the first player can use Myrcella to take Master of Coin while someone before them is Marshaling and get the benefit of counting the extra gold. However, a player other than the First Player might prefer to take the title in Marshaling to make sure that no one else gets to count the extra gold from Master of Coin, too.
