Can Turr do a hard 1 turn as his post fire move if he has Daredevil?
Also did I read something about the Daredevil card being changed so it isnt a red maneuver? Maybe I'm just trippin. Sorry if these things have been asked before, could locate them.

No, only barrel roll or boost (1 straight or bank).
Daredevil was changed in the FAQ
So even if you can make it green through another ability, you are still going to get stressed.
Turr's card ability specifically states "boost or barrel roll action", so no hard turn.
The most recent FAQ gave the slightly confusing errata:
"Execute a white [turn] manoeuvre. Then receive one stress token."
Which upon reading the later question on Page 6 of the FAQ seems to mean you can treat it as a normal "manoeuvre" for abilities (eg R2 astromech to make all 1 & 2 manoeuvres Green) and obstacles, overlapping, etc. Afterwards you receive a stress token.
So technically it is no longer a "red turn", but you still receive stress from its use.
Edit: looks like I was beaten to the explanation

Strikes me that Daredevil is over-priced, yes its great to be able to do a 180, but a banking boost gets you most of the way there, so how often would it really be useful? Also not keen how its limited to the A and Int due to the outlandish penalty for ships without boost. Means you basically have to pay 7pts (DD plus Engine up grade) if you want it on any other ship, really hard to justify. Or maybe I'm missing something?
Cheers for the clarification.

It's situational, but I love it (plus engine upgrade) on Vader. The ability to both boost and daredevil gives you a lot of flexibility in your final position.
It seems there are quite a few ships (X, Y, Tie Adv, Firespray) without those sharp one turns, so i guess if you we're already planning to boost someone you could occasionally make use of some extra maneuvrability
It might see some more use with Advanced Sensors, as one of the FFG News articles suggests doing the Action of the Daredevil Turn first, then clearing the stress with a Green manuver on your dial.
Score another one for Captain Yorr!
Cheers for the clarification.

Aye, I've played it with Vader and it while it was a lot of fun when he can Roll and boost (once you have the engine upgrade) Im not convinced you need the DD as well.
The bonus with it on Vader is that you can Boost, and Then Daredevil. Couple that with a 2 hard and you can be in a completely new orientation.
My favorite use for Daredevil is on a GSP. It's not as good as PTL, but when you can go 5 straight ahead, and then suddenly make a hard turn...it catches people off guard...and it really increases your movement options simply because you know you can make a hard turn at the end of your movement. It's hard to get the hang of it, but it can be a real surprise.
Vader with / engine upgrade and DD = awesomeness!
