O Zathras, please tell me you're not so young as to NOT know Bruce Campbell? LOL (in a good-natured way).
Nope, never heard of him. ![]()

He plays, or played since Burn Notice has come to an end, Sam Axe on the show.

Something else you may not know is that he's into role playing games and actually wrote the forward for the original Deadlands RPG, the one that had the best character stat generation system I've seen. Something else, at the beginning of that Old Spice video, there is a chainsaw by the fireplace and a copy of the Necronomicon on the end table by the chair
Edited by zathras23Bruce Campbell is awesome. A friend of mine told a story of a con he was at where a lot of the people who were supposed to make it couldn't because of inclement weather. Bruce was one of the few who could, so his panel was naturally packed. Standing room only. When he was doing his talk, a phone in the front of the audience rang, and before the person could answer it, Bruce hopped off the stage, grabbed the phone, and messed with the guy on the other end for fifteen minutes. I really wish I could have been there to see that.
Bruce Campbell? You mean the actor who played Ashley 'Ash' J. Williams in the Evil Dead series? Brisco County Jr. in the TV series of the same name? Coach Boomer in Sky High? Fugax in Ant Bully? Autolycus in the TV shows Xena and Hercules? That Bruce Campbell?O Zathras, please tell me you're not so young as to NOT know Bruce Campbell? LOL (in a good-natured way).
Nope, never heard of him.
Also give him credit for being the Winkie guard in "Oz. The Great and Powerful"
He also had roles in all three of Sam Raimi's Spiderman movies. He was the wrestling announcer in the first, the theater usher in the second, and the maitre'd in the third.
Not sure if I'm saddend or impressed that I knew that off the top of my head.
Gullwind, there is never any shame in knowing Bruce Campbell's roles.
now they are green and marked as avail soon. does that mean the boat got here quick?

Where do you see that? I still see them as "On the Boat."
Wave 3 is available now at S-Mart.

S-Mart is from Army of Darkness. Another Bruce Campbell reference.

Boxes underneath the products for wave 3 are green and say available soon when i'm looking at them.
Someone said that the Gencon 2013 tourney winner won an exclusive pilot card, "Klatu Verata Nictu...[something or another]."
I bet the products will be in stores sooner than we think. So many people put up a stink when Wave 2 didn't come out everywhere as anticipated. I would laugh if FFG advertised a release date a bit later than the actual release to avoid grumpy toy seekers and to surprise the rest of us.

The rest of us? Who here isn't a grumpy toy seeker?
These aren't toys! They are games. There's a difference.
At least that's what I keep telling my wife and grand-kids. (in-laws, non-gamer friends, people who see my study, etc)
And for people that love Star Wars but don't actually play.
These aren't toys! They are collectible miniatures. There's a difference.

I clicked on the "Available Soon" button, and the Wave 3 vehicles say "Expected by: September 2013". September is 5 days away!

They are game pieces. FFG doesn't have the Toy license. That's why they all have the lil clear bit on the bottom (and back) to connect to them to the stand. They are game pieces that way, not toys. Really.
