Both had at least 20 of each in stock at the time of this posting. Those are pretty good prices. Hope this helps someone get them while they last.
TIE Interceptors and A-Wings on Sale again at Miniature Market and Cool Stuff Inc for $10
Just bought some from miniature market for $10 each. I also pre-ordered wave 3 for the same price!
Note: For miniature market: "Orders with preorders will be held until all items on the order are available."
Edited by DeltmiWhat is their shipping and handling policy? Do they do it free for orders of a certain size or does it vary based on the size of the order?
I think MM has free shipping on any order over $100...
At least for US lower 48... Don't know about Canada or Europe.

Darn. I was hoping for free shipping on $25 or over. Spoiled by Amazon...
shipping was $10 to CA. A little high, but overall still got them for under MSRP
Free shipping in us for $99 at MM and $100 at CSI.
Tie Interceptors sold out as of 21 Aug, 8:50 Eastern Time. Store shows in stock but gives the error when you try to add to cart stating they are out of stock.
I've noticed with Miniature Marketvthatvthey tend not to list the entire quantity of a ship the have. They list some, and a little while later they list some more and continue on in this manner until they finally run out for real. So if you're looking for something that seems to have run out quickly, keep trying back. You just might get lucky and hit while some more are available.

Agreed...."buy where you play" is my motto.

All well and good if you have somewhere local that stocks it...

I would love to live my life by this noble creed as well, but the nearest game store that I can find is 50 miles away. I know of a couple more that are 90 miles away. It's a great ideal, but don't be quick to villianize those of us who depend on places like MM and Amazon.
I won't villianize you, I will just have my Cruisers "wipe this puny planet from the face of the galaxy"

But Alderaan is peaceful, we have no weapons! You can't possibly
You would prefer a different Game Store? One with X-Wing stock? Then NAME THE GAME STORE!
Well personally i don't play at a game store. I play in my living room with friends/family. So i don't feel any need to support a particular store. If you do play at a game store (especially for free) by all means, support the store even if it means paying a higher cost. That being said i don't know much about the physical buildings that are MM and Coolstuff, but i would like to think that they are gamestores as well. Even if not, they are still businesses that have done a lot to help people get into the game and keep it growing by having great prices. I feel that I am supporting a gamestore/business even if it isn't local.

Would love to if any of my LGS could actually get product in stock from FFG
I think people are supporting their local game stores so much so that there's no stock to be found. I've driven to 3 local stores in one day, wasted 30 miles in gas, and over an hour of my time just to find out they're all sold out of x-wing. Yes, I could've called, but that's beside the point... ![]()

Wouldn't calling a head of time saved you a bit.....?
Unfortunately for me, my game store is just becoming a card game store. I wiped my guys out of their X-wing stuff to start me off, though. I wish they would do more. But, looks like I'll have to travel to actually play.

My habit is too severe to fulfill totally at MSRP. So I do pre-orders online, then once I get the stuff I fill out the things I missed from my FLGS. They get business, just not all of it. Besides, Miniature Market, whom I do a lion's share of my online X-Wing business with, is a FOLGS for St. Louis area.
Edited by RookiePilotJust beginning my collection but I just got an A-wing and a Tie Interceptor from Miniature market for 10 bucks a pop too ( wife does'nt know, lol. so......shhhhhhh! ![]()
Miniature Market is 3-4 hours away from us.....I would love to get a "heads up" from them one day and take the drive with about 200 bucks in my pocket, lol
Edited by Jaxom08I have a pretty substantial collection (two Core Sets, Falcons, Firesprays and TIE Advanced, five Interceptors, four of everything else) and I can honestly say I bought all but one Y-Wing from my FLGS. The one exception was from Miniatures Market when I was buying one of their "deals of the day" for five bucks and couldn't see paying that much or more in shipping just for that.
My FLGS is pretty awesome, though. They are primarily into Magic, but they have a ton of boardgames and have store copies for a lot of them so you can play them in-store to try them out. I can't say or do enough for them.
loving this collecting part honestly....star wars stuff does not seem to reall depreciate as long as you take care of em. Looking forward to teaching my daughter how to play and picking up alot more ships. TY FFG for letting me play with things from my childhood.
