Too bad you can't boost again.

4 with PTL is better. Interceptors suffer from a severe case of deaditis most games, so anything that helps alleviate the symptoms is worth your time.

My most successful interceptor build is not pure interceptors, but they are the heart of the squadron.

3 x Avenger Squadron

1 x Black Squadron (Draw Their Fire, Shield Upgrade)

1 x Howlrunner (Push the Limits)

You could drop Howlrunner for a 4th interceptor, but she really helps make the 3 interceptors shine as well as makes targeting a problem for your opponent. Howlrunner is a priority, but she much harder to hit (I use PTL to get Focus and Evade). Both Black Squadron and Howlrunner do a good job of keeping interceptors alive, by sucking up crits and by being the primary target.
