Where do I find information on what cards are banned and what sets are legal in different formats?

FFG needs to post this information more clearly, I can't seem to find it.

Well, the current list of banned cards was posted by antigoth here:

All cards are legal in Legacy. All cards legal for Standard currently are those with a watermark. When Set 12 comes out, Standard will only be four point and five point shuriken watermarks. Banned cards are not legal in any of those formats.
