Killing Cold - Question

By magni2, in Star Wars: The Card Game - Rules Questions

Can i sac stuff into killing cold even if nothing needs healing?

Yes, it doesn't say "remove damage from target damaged Hoth objective." This is pretty much the same as using Tribal Support to discard an extra card when there are no Ewoks in your discard.

Hello sandcrawler...

Sandcrawler or Probe Droids, both can make for some fun.

How about the viper probe droids? deploy, sacrifice, redeploy sacrifice, etc etc. add in executor for more fun. I have been looking at putting in looking for droids now that they might have a purpose. plus, it's worse certainly is good. the two dark memories are decent edge fodder.

The Viper Probe Droids are a good option when you have damage to remove, but rarely will be worth sacrificing on their own since they don't have a "leaves play" effect.

hence the reason I.mentioned the executor. they are a cheap chud you can redeploy multiple times sacing it for killing cold to heal objectives, and then reacting with the executor. from the way I read the cards, if you had 6-8 resources, you could deploy the viper probe droid 3 to 4 times in your deployment phase from your discard pile and react with the executors ability every time since unlike vader's reaction, it isn't limited to once a turn.

Yep, once we actually have the Executor they will likely be an integral part of the Executor Sacrifice deck.
