I really like the concept behind the Arkham Horror Toolkit and would like to try it, but I don't own any apple products, only an Android tablet and a Windows 8 phone. Are there any plans for a port to either of those platforms, or, do any of you have suggestions for independently made programs that serve a similar function.

Someone made it for android. It is for free but I do not know how it works.

I own myself an iPhone and I have the toolkit with all expansions. Although I only use it for Encounters on Locations or Other worlds. For someone like me who hates to shuffle it is great :-). It saves a lot of time specially if you are playing with all boards.
