Yesterday a player told me in a OCTGN that First snow affects Shadows characters as a Assasin s2 because its printed cost, and its considered a cost of 2 for this plot, and said that had a clarification about this, i believe he was wrong but i asking you if anyone knows something new.

As per the shadows rules section that has been added to the faq (pg31) the printed cost of a shadows character is 2 + whatever it costs to bring out. Meera Reed has printed cost 3 for example.

So your opponents has been misinformed unfortunately.

A s0 character would be affected, though.
