Suppose for the moment that I have a rogue trader character that comes from a dynasty of traders. From Into the Storm, I have a free enemy talent, chosen by the GM.

Now suppose that the GM decided that the talent would be Enemy (Rogue Trader). Does this mean that only certain Rogue Traders hate me for my family name, or does it mean that all the Rogue Traders in the Koronus Expanse are gunning for me?

GM's choice, but RT's are such an eclectic bunch that certainly not every last one of them'd hate you, your dynasty just has a bad rep with most.

I've always taken it as a specific RT. For Instance, Hatred(RT: Winterscale).
