If i and my opponent , both reveal marched to the wall, Can we choose the same character as target of the both plots?

No. One plot's When revealed would fire causing you both to select a character. At that point, both of those characters are moribund. Once moribund they could not be selected for the next plot's When revealed effect. You'll have to each select another character, if able.
