I have just brought the core set of Android: Netrunner, however I found confusing for two questions after reading the menu.

1. If a runner has break all the subrountines on a piece of ice in the previous run but choose to jack off. Next time when the runner make the run and encounter the same piece of ice, do he/she need to break the subrountines on that ice again?

2. If I put a ice in front of an agenda to protect it. After I scored the agenda, will the ice be discarded or stay on the same place with protecting nothing?

I think you mean 'jack out' and not the other

Anyway. Breaking a subroutine does not remove it. You will have to break it every time you run.

The ice stays there with nothing in the server.

Haha, I don't have a rulebook nearby so I make the mistake on saying "jack off".
