What happens once you've passed all the ice protecting a remote server with an agenda, steal it and score the points? Does all the ice remain there or does it go to archives or...?

You'd think the rules would mention if you should do something as significant as trashing the ice protecting your server.

The server and the ice protecting it remains as is.

So after haven stolen/trashed an agenda, the ice protecting it remains so you can install another agenda or asset there allready protected?

Indeed. Any upgrades remain in the server as well (unless the runner paid to trash them while accessing, of course).
