So lets say bobafett is the only unit in the game, the deathstar is at 9, and the light side has to objectives with 1 health remaining. Can Boba strike with onto the first objective, use old spice to remove the focus and strike the second objective? Or does boba strike the top objective, try to use spice visions, but is refocused because is able to strike?

nope. Spice Visions is an interrupt that changes the placement of a focus token to the taking of one damage. It does not work like Trust Your Feelings where you can remove the focus token from the unit during a player action window.

Essentially, you could only use it during an engagement to get a double strike out of Boba, but not a second engagement.
