is that it or can you get these items replaced?
First game - lost a movement wheel
I've heard people say that they have had great experience with FFG's customer support. Some have said that they wrote an email to FFG explaining that they had lost/broke ship pegs, tokens and stuff like that and FFG mailed them a replacement. I don't know if movement dials would be the same, but it's certainly worth a shot.
Which dial? There are enough people in this community who make Uglies or are missing things that you might be able to find someone who has the dial you want.
tie advanced - so if anyone has one let me know
FFG replaced a movement dial for an X-Wing for me. Great customer service!
I would just contact them, and they will fix you right up.
I don't recall where I found it on the website, but it is there.

I lost the Chewbacca base insert for my Millenium Falcon, contacted customer service and ended up getting the entire set of cardboard pieces for the Falcon with no questions asked.
cheers - sent a request
If FFG doesn't fix it for you, let me know. I happen to have an extra TIE Advanced dial.
I would just like to add my experience with FFG's Customer Service. I, too lost a (Y-wing) maneuver dial and a "2 Bank maneuver template". I put in a request. Got a confirmation email the next day. And by the the end of the week, I received the missing components -- along with some surprizing extras: two "Action Tokens (Focus and Evade; on the same card), and a hand-written note thanking me for my business.
A second encounter, I had to replace some model/base pegs that had snaped in two. An equally pleasant experience.
In this gamer's opinion, Fantasy Flight's Customer Service is top shelf.
Anyone know if this is still the case? I need the cardboard dial and bases for an expansion I just bought.
