You can perform two actions with PTL, get stress, and then perform a green maneuver destressing you.

This does introduce the possibility of something odd though:

What if I did that (used the sensors to do my action prior to maneuver, and then PtL for another action, gaining a stress), but the maneuver I had chosen was a Red maneuver? Would I stay still, since the maneuver would no longer be allowed? or perform it and gain another stress?

Either way its wonky. I can "stop" my ship or I can do PtL actions and red maneuvers together if I wanted to.
