Is it possible to trigger Eataine Warroom every round ?

You remove the last token from the Warroom and deal 10 damage.... then you use Eltharion to put another token on it to be ready for the next turn ?

If you are allowed to keep the warroom out long enough. It really should not be out long enough to trigger even once...much less repeatedly.
