Enhancing question??

By Gideon14, in Star Wars: The Card Game

I have two questions.

The first question is probably idiotic, but what does Enhance your play area mean. I am taking it that it makes a card playable to everything in your area, including objectives.

Second question, I have a card from the core rule set that says Dagobah Training Grounds. It states to Enhance your play area, Limited (you cannot play more than one limited card each turn), but it says nothing else to use in play. I also found some other cards, mostly location cards that state this. My question is how am I enhancing my play area?

Just a little confused.

You play the card to your play area and it provides a resource you can use to buy other cards.

Toqtamish is correct. To break it down a little more:

1. "Enhance your play area" is just telling you where the enhancement plays, as opposed to a card like Jedi Lightsaber which enhances a unit. In this case, it just means that the enhancement plays into your play area instead of on another card.

2. While those enhancements have no useful game text, if you look again you'll see that they do have the resource symbol, indicating that they can be focused to produce resources. That's the reason why they are Limited, otherwise you could just stack up several of them on one turn and have a huge resource advantage the next turn.
