Hello on the Aug, 18th 2013 my LGS will be hosting an X-wing tournament. I was thinking about using the following list as a change from always using the Empire.
All comments and suggestions welcome.

looks like a fun list to fly....and should be decent....

I have a friend who has been running han with chewie and 2 PTL/stealth green squadron pilots. So far its been an absolutely brutal list to fight, with no easy target and lots of maneuvering options/firepower.
I've run a similar list. problem you will run into is late in the game it is hard to close out. You might want to prototypes with missiles. what I've found is the extra points make Lando more effective. Also you should drop the Falcon title. Lando won't have actions because he is passing his off to the A-wings.
Expose is not worth it. Run PTL instead, ditch the stealth on the A-Wings, and add a gunner on lando with something else. Also, constricting the A-Wings to being close to Lando makes the list very predictable, and you might as well use X-Wings at that point. You would at least gain additional firepower for pretty much the same cost.
I need a few more games with Expose, but I think nimdabew is right. PTL and liberal use of the Boost action really can infuriate opponents. I've played a similar list, and it is a little light on firepower.
If you use PTL with lando, you need to careful when you use it.
