For example: Heimdall 1.0 --> Bioroid + AP with 3 subroutines --> which from this subroutines is AP?

Two possible interpretations - AP subroutines are those that do damage (Anti-Personnel) or AP subroutines are all subroutines on ICE with the AP subtype. Personally I think the latter, but I'm not 100% sure.

How do you see which subroutines are sentry subroutines when you want to break them with Ninja? They're on a piece of ice with the sentry type. AP works exactly the same. As nungunz said, it's any subroutine on a piece of ice with the AP type
