A more helpful reply is that most retailers have them listed as an August release date but nothing is set in stone. I'd be surprised if they didn't make an appearance at gencon.

Yeah. I have a good feeling that those making the trip to Gen Con (Aug. 15 - 18) in just over two weeks might get the jump on the rest of you.
The downside (This is a good thing) is Wave 3 will be LIVE for the North American Championship Tournament, that Saturday. Which gives us an extra day to set up a squad, and put Wave 3 through its paces. Unlike last year's Inaugrual Tournament, where we had less than a day to set up a workable squad.
Where did you hear that Wave 3 would be legal for the NAC!!

That doesn't mean "legal" for a tournament yet. I emailed the OP official for the NAC, awaiting an official response. The current tournament rules do NOT list Wave 3 ships as legal, yet.

That may be -- that Wave 3 won't be used in the tournament, itself. I could just see the organizers dropping them in THE FINALS (a la the "Kessel Run" Tournament). . . . . On the other hand, nah. 
, considering Wave 3 is mainly comprised of "support" ships It would be nice to see them in action, though.

I have it on GOOD authority and a reliable source that wave three is at GenCon. For those that made the trip to be there this morning you should be able to get some. JERKS!
Well at least we will be able to see the dials finally, even if its not in person.
Just got a text from my cuz. He picked up one of each ship for me and him. Now I just need to wait till Monday to get them. Sigh

There's tons of interceptors down here to trade from them.
Wave 3 is at GenCon now. People are in line for it, supplies are limited to 2 copies of each model per person. Question is, how many models did they bring to GenCon?
I would expect some to hit eBay by the end of the day...
I have my order in with a friend who is there for the B-wing and HWK and maybe a shuttle. Can't wait.

At Magadizer, I just wanted to give my cuz props. I'm glad that they limited it to two per customer. It should be good to see new ships in the mix again.

We are flooded here as well with wave two stuff. Which is good because it keeps things fair. for a while there were a lot of players in our local group who only had one of each wave 2 ship. They had a hard time keeping up. And Florida is a truck from WI.

But the Shuttle can stand still, only for one turn at a time granted but still.
Bomber looks like it has a respectable dial. B-wing dial is poor, but not crippling and fairly fitting for the fluff. HWK looks pretty lumbering but that's fine since I imagine any heavy fighting it does will be done with a turret.
