Hey all, I created these stat blocks based on the ones in the book. You can easily add them to a word document then add a text box on top of it to enter numbers.

Keep in mind that I did the stat blocks for the fan-produced book “Spark of Rebellion”, and you can find freely available versions of my stat blocks in my DropBox folder at https://www.dropbox.com/sh/nlsl6lu20pmgtg4/AACfwY9E-xZ68IIx3oha8xnBa?dl=0
That folder has SVG, EPS, and the original OmniGraffle versions for each one I did. The only thing I request is that if you use them, you give the appropriate credit as referenced at the bottom of the image.
Also note that includes stat blocks done in both the EotE and AoR color schemes.
I specifically chose to use SVG and EPS as my export formats, because both of those file types are vector-based and therefore should theoretically look exactly the same regardless of the resolution that they are displayed/printed at.
But if someone specifically needs PNG format instead, I could probably be talked into that.
