Not sure who will be interested in this, but the Netrunner FAQ came out and I'm quite impressed by it. AGoT can't match it easily, but man it would be impressive if they made the effort. I doubt Netrunner will be able to maintain this level of detail.
The biggest thing to note is the explicit definitions of Netrunner concepts at the beginning. This is something that AGoT continues to be lacking in my opinion.
Second, look at the card clarifications. That section is the part that blew me away. I'm not sure if it's maintainable or worth the effort, but it's impressive. It's especiialy helpful to people who have never seen those cards.
