Can the losing defender of a military challenge kill the same character for military claim and for deadly even if he opposes with 2 or more characters?I know he can do it with only 1 opposing but im confused with what happens on 2 or more because someone told me that claim and deadly happen on the same time.
Military claim and deadly
Well, whoever told you that claim and deadly happen at the same time is dead wrong. Claim happens, then the winner collects power for unopposed (if applicable), then the winner collects power for renown (if applicable), and THEN deadly happens - along with all other valid passive effects.
You never choose and kill the same character for claim and deadly. Rather, since the target you choose for deadly must be participating , if you choose the only participating character to die for claim (when it goes first), you are left with no eligible targets for deadly - and the effect of deadly is unsuccessful. Nothing dies for deadly - just claim.
Knowing that that is how it really works for the "1 opposing character" situation, it's easier to see that if there are 2 opposing characters, choosing one of them to die for claim still leaves the other one eligible to be chosen for deadly.

So let's say the scenario is that the only affects considered for this military challenge are Deadly and claim (no one has any saves, etc.). It would play out something like this:
1) Player chooses a character for claim.
1a) That character goes moribund.
2) Deadly triggers and checks to see if there are any valid targets (any participating characters that are not currently Moribund).
2A) Deadly finds a character and the defender must now choose a participating, non-Moribund character to satisfy the Deadly effect. OR
2B) Deadly does not find a character and nothing happens.
Your situation is 2B. Two participating characters results in one dying to claim and one dying to Deadly.
