Quick question that I haven't seen an answer for(sorry if I missed it). When you swap a piece of ICE with Midori do you put the installed piece of ICE being replaced into HQ or the Archives?

The way the card reads it looks like it goes into your HQ.

You got chocolate ice cream. I got strawberry. If I swap my ice cream with yours do you throw yours away?
