Hey there. I just picked this PoD up but reading through the rules cards, I was left uncertain with one thing - the Kings Landing and Eyrie neutral force tokens that are considered Garrisons, are these considered garrisons at their printed strength, or identical to all other Garrisons, so strength 2?
Looks like a top expansion though, and here's another vote for Arryn specific pieces.
