I'm in Toronto and this delay my fellow Canucks and I are experiencing is interminable. I have some credit stashed a 401 Games, so I'm eager to pick it up there, but not only do they not have it yet, neither do any of the other gaming stores I've checked. In my experience, 401 have consistently gotten other FFG releases on time, if not early, so what is the deal here? If I do catch wind of it being available, I'll be sure to post n this thread to spread the news!

I live in Ottawa and by the time Force packs, expansions are released in the states, it is usually a week (plus a day or two) before the distributors can get it to my local store.

It is really frustrating, since I read about the cards online and it is a complete tease.

None in Edmonton so far.

This is the first release in a while that has been here a week later. Every Force pack has arrived the same day that FFG says they will on the sites upcoming page. This one was delayed due to issues with distributors not getting their shipiments in and out the door on time.

You could always order from Amazon.

401 Games has gotten every Force Pack a day or two after the first scans appear online from it appearing in the wild. Edge of Darkness was definitely an odd exception. I had heard talk of a limited print run, so I was really not looking forward to having to chance missing it more and more, so I thought I'd make this post.

Will the limited run be a permanent thing, ie; should I be worried about long term availability?

You could always order from Amazon.

Might be a bit better to support your FLGS. If you play there, that is. If you just play at home with friends, this is a good alternative.

There will be reprints, don't worry. Just a matter of when.

Me too. Took a while for our store here to convince his distributor that it wasn't coming out after the Hoth cycle. I was afraid we would have to wait for the reprint (which can sometimes be 6+ months).

Good to hear. Same happened here. Another store (a not-so-friendly LGS) got them a few days earlier, but I waited and bought them from the store I play at (which is an INCREDIBLY friendly LGS).

I ordered from Starlit Citadel and got them a week ago. Sorry to hear some people still don't have their cards.
