Is it really that portly? Looks like its spent too much time at Jabba the pizza huts! I was gonna base mine on a 15 inch star destroyer model with similar dimensions, just make the front a little 'stumpy' might have to change my plans or do the usual and just make it up as I go along, let's call it a 'unique variant' ;p
Gozanti Cruiser
Had a chance to complete the scale conversion and the length does appear to be 37.182 inches or 94.44 cm.
Edited by TRamseyTRamsey, what does it work out to at 1/300?
You may have to go with a "fits good size" rather than the 37 inch full to scale model.
at 1/300 it scales to 33.464 in or 85 cm in length.
I thought about doing a IPV but she is still 21.87 in or 55.55 cm.
I need an Idea for a slightly smaller ship LOL!
Possibly this.
Do that 20 inch variation of a Vigilant.
I second the smaller vigilant, though an IPV would be amazing.
I am considering the Customs corvette. http://fractalsponge.net/crv/gallery/index.html

I think I will settle at 22 in length.
2' on a 4x6' table...we can do this brother. Keep in mind that both Alliance & Imperial had all sorts of modified and custom ships, that means we can do what ever we like with our scratch built models.
Go!
Top hull pattern cut
Now to figure out how stupid I get on this build, lights no lights fiber optics no fiber optics command bridge interior or not.
If you do lights, that is very cool. If you build interior spaces, that's just awesome! All of your ships are really nice. Looking forward to seeing your future builds.
Thanx I am working the math for all the angles for the build.

My custom fleet so far.
Can anyone tell me what the top left ship is? It looks awesome.

What are the ships in the lower left here, I don't recognize them..
Brilliant job on all of these BTW.. I would love one of those cruisers.. I am amazed they are only about the size of the Falcon.. I may just have to build one myself sometime..

If you do it in 1:350 it would be 17.8 inches long. That is very playable. We play a ship that size weekly.
Just saying.
My new Project for the Empire.
Love those Gozanti cruisers.. wish I had the skill to do one, still might try to build one... would be a great addition to the game...
What is this new project you got started on...
