Almost time for Primer ;)

It's looking really nice. I spotted the colour scheme you were suggesting on Clone Wars (on the Mandelorian docks) and it looks really ace. I definitely agree with that choice, can't wait to see them painted.

Cruisers in primer with bodywork started.

Side project while the paint dries on the cruisers. I thought I would do some capital ship debris to stand in for asteroids. I like a little variety on the play board.

There, new terrain for the board, Asteroids are cool, but wreckage is more cool! :D

Get Out Of My Mind!!!

:P

EXCELLENT Work!!!

Man, those are crazy good. Is it all plasticard? Were the A-wings just plasticard too? It looked like clay.

Roger they are all made from plasticard, even the A-wings I just layered them from patterns I pre-cut. They where easy to build but being so small they gave my eyes fits.

You are not alone...

Hmm this makes me want to make a set of wreckage templates. Slap it on some board and give it a trim and you have flat templates to use along with the 3d objects. I'll catalogue that in my "projects for the future" folder.

Body work coming along with a shot of a surprise guest thanks to Tom from UTAR ships. His work is amazing and very affordable.

Looks good.

you should have made the cruisers so you could break them down for casting...I'd buy one. Excellent work.

I have one question "how much?"

If I knew someone who could cast them, I might build one more suitable as a master for casting. As it stands these were made for the fun of it and to add a little variety to my games. ;)

I would like to give a shout out to Tom at UTAR ships for the Rihkxyrk Assault Fighters. These little 2 piece kits are top notch and will provide excellent fighter cover for my cruisers. WTG Tom!

Pre shading complete. Had the Air pressure on the compressor a bit high but it is correctable.

Initial white laid down. Hmm it reviled some missed body work, more sanding then white again and masks.

Second color laid on after stencils. I am satisfied with result but it will need some touchup.

Almost twins I will have to be creative to ensure they are a bit different from one another.

Go!
