One of the other members of these forums has done a superb job of modelling the current Imperial Customs Figate, but to me, this concept looks like its originator (not the modelling member here) took a stealth fighter, tacked on extra engines, put the swept-back wings of a smaller model of an F-14 onto the front, and stuck an out-of-place-looking command bridge on the front. It just looks like lazy designing - heck, I can still see the jet turbofan intake cowl on the center of its back!
The current Frigate above and a similar stealth fighter below.
Now, I'm much more impressed with the Imperial Customs Corvette as seen below. It is reminiscent of an Imperial Star Destroyer with its dominent command tower and almost triangular design but is different enough to be believable. The only problem with including it in X-Wing miniatures is that at 180 m it is several times the length of a YT-1300, which is too bad because it has an awesome intimidating look, as seen below:
Here it is holding a freighter for customs inspection:
For the X-Wing Miniatures game, I want an Imperial Customs ship, but the corvette is possibly too big and the frigate looks like an real life stealth fighter.
I like the Guardian -class light cruiser better for an X-Wing Miniatures sized Imperial Customs ship, though it doesn't carry a boarding party, which is bad if your job is to board ships and inspect them! I really do hope we do get the Guardian for this game though! Here's a pic of it:
