Hi there. Just wondering if the only way to get the Overwhelm Emotions talent is to work your way down to the bottom of the tree and then come back up. Seems like a long way to go for a ten-point talent.

You don't have to go all the way to the bottom, as you can cut over from Streets Smarts to Uncanny Senses and go up.

It may seem like a modest Talent, but on top of Sense Emotions (which is required before you get to Overwhem Emotions), it makes a character extremely persuasive.
