HAs anyone ever put together all the NPC stats into one big list? I easily get tired of going through four different books to find every kind of ork or naval officer or enemy ship.

As far as i know there isnt. Not sure it would be legal to dump NPC stats into a database.
Anyway... There's a cool site where you can search for NPCs f.e. Nurgling and it will give you all the books where you can find said NPC and the page where you can find the stats. It also allows you to search for weapons, gear...
There was a reference PDF someone assembled that provided where to find each NPCs stats; book, page number. Anything more than that probably goes beyond "fair use" and the like.
