The idea is a Rebel list being based around the new blaster turret as it probably will be.
I chose to take the Y-wing to carry it instead of the HWK, since it just has more hitpoints, and is a known factor. We can't exactly know how many points the non-named HWK will cost or if the ship is a reliable carrier for the main damage you will do...
So here the List:

As I did not put in the Recon Specialist I therefore went for an ion cannon on Kyle Katarn. The idea also is to keep the enemy from shooting him as he is perceived less a threat. With the ion turret he can set up kills and keep out of trouble while supporting his squad. Also you can spend the first few turns collecting Focus tokens and start dishing them out when the heat comes up while still having one or two for defense or when you don't get an action.
The Golden boys are self-explanatory. Take free focus, do a target lock and blast stuff. Be a huge threat and tanky while being the cheapest ships on your side of the table would be next on their agenda. (i.e. they are your workhorses)
Now Garven fits in because of his free focus for another Y-Wing and of course because he pilots his trusted X-Wing, he can still hurt a lot for himself. R2 helps get rid of the occasional stress of course and be more unpredictable.
Alternatively, Dutch would add yet another Blaster turret, and since he should always target lock, he would be the main customer for Kyle's tokens. One of the Y-WIngs would focus in this case and have a free TL on top.
